Shipping policy

UK Shipping

All orders ship from my UK studio with Royal Mail services.

I offer free UK shipping for orders over £70. Free shipping is posted with Royal Mail 2nd class postage, if you need a faster delivery and spend over £70 please get in touch prior to placing your order.

Shipping options include Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class.

Delivery times: Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days), Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 working days).

Local pickup available for customers near Swanage, UK.

Worldwide Shipping:

I currently only ship to the UK due to new regulations and issues with customs/ missing or destroyed parcels(by customs). However if you have friends or family based in the UK, I recommend ordering to their address and asking them to post on to you. I can only help with delivery issues to UK addresses. I understand this isn't ideal and I hope things will get better with posting internationally soon.

Dispatch Times:

I aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as possible. Usually completed within two days of purchase dependent on the product. Please contact me if you need a parcel posted promptly - beckywalkerjewellery@outlook.com

I ship all orders directly from my UK studio. Orders are not processed on Sundays or bank holidays.

Lost or Delayed Post:

Whilst it's not a common issue, parcels can sometimes be delayed. This usually happens during busy posting periods like Christmas, bank holidays or near Black Friday. If your order is delayed by a week, I suggest checking your address is correct and if so please track your order on the Royal Mail Tracking Site - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. If this doesn't give you clarity on the whereabouts of your parcel please get in touch with Royal Mail or email me at beckywalkerjewellery@outlook.com and I will do my best to help locate your order.

Unfortunately, I can't take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.

Custom Orders

If you have contacted me for a custom order or comission these can take between 1-3 weeks to complete. I will make the time frame clear from the moment you get in touch.
