What is your jewellery made of?
My jewellery is handcrafted from recycled 925 sterling silver, copper or brass. Sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% copper for durability. I also may use high-quality gemstones, beads, and other materials, all ethically sourced. Each product description will show what each piece is made from.
Is sterling silver jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, sterling silver is generally hypoallergenic and safe for most people with sensitive skin. However, if you have a copper or silver allergy do not wear.
How do I care for my sterling silver jewellery?
- Store it in a dry, airtight container.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, and lotions.
- Polish it with a soft cloth or a silver cleaning cloth when needed.
Will sterling silver or copper tarnish?
Yes, sterling silver and copper can tarnish over time due to exposure to air and moisture. Regular cleaning and proper storage can prevent or reduce tarnishing. Copper can also change colour when exposed to mositure and air over time.
Do you accept custom orders?
I generally do not because I'm a busy bee making for markets and festivals. However if you'd like something made that's out of stock or an old design please drop me a message and I will let you know the time frame I can make it in.
How long does it take to create made to order pieces?
Made to order pieces typically take 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
What are your shipping options?
All orders ship from my UK studio with Royal Mail services.
I offer free UK shipping for orders over £70. Free shipping is posted with Royal Mail 2nd class postage, if you need a faster delivery and spend over £70 please get in touch prior to placing your order.
Shipping options include Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class.
Delivery times: Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days), Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 working days).
Local pickup available for customers near Swanage, UK.
Do you ship internationally or only to the UK?
I currently only ship to the UK due to new regulations and issues with customs/ missing or destroyed parcels(by customs). However if you have friends or family based in the UK, I recommend ordering to their address and asking them to post on to you. I can only help with delivery issues to UK addresses. I understand this isn't ideal and I hope things will get better with posting internationally soon.
8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, commissions, custom products & piercing jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Can I request gift packaging?
Of course! I offer complimentary gift packaging and can include a personalised note upon request.
How do I determine my ring size?
Order a ring sizer online or pop into a local jewellers and ask them to measure your ring size. Sometimes you can also buy a small ring sizer from jewellers.
Do you offer repairs?
Although this is not a service generally needed. I offer repair services for my jewellery only. Please contact us me details and photos, and I'll provide a quote.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes I am committed to sustainability and use recyclable and minimal packaging to reduce environmental impact. Some items will be sent in a used envelope to avoid waste.
